Exercises for Physiotherapy, Training, and Inspiration: My Story Behind the Exercise Library
It’s 2014, and I’m starting to study physiotherapy. At the same time, I’m actively involved in competitive athletics. Even back then, I realized how crucial it is to have a clear and functional exercise library — so I began creating my first video demonstrations. However, those early videos were technically and content-wise very weak (really poor quality 😊), so I never officially used them. Still, it was the first step toward the idea of creating my own database of rehabilitation and strength exercises that would serve not only me but others as well.
The turning point came in 2018, when I moved to Spain. That’s when I decided to fully commit to the project. Since then, I have created over 1,500 exercises with the goal of making this archive a source of inspiration and a time-saver for everyone — trainers, physiotherapists, and individuals alike.
My main motivation was my frustration with constantly searching for quality videos on YouTube — I often couldn’t find what I needed. I also knew how much time it takes to create a truly functional and comprehensive system.
That’s why I hope the Exercise Library will make your work easier, inspire you, and maybe even become something you actively use with clients, patients, or just for yourself. Here you can watch a promo video that introduces the library in 1 minute.
